Introduction

Nicholas Alexander ("the Company") is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all employees, contractors, and partners feel valued and respected. This Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Policy outlines our commitment to creating an environment that embraces diversity, promotes equity, and ensures inclusion for everyone.

 

Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to:

Scope

This policy applies to all Nicholas Alexander employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners across all locations and operations.

Implementation and Responsibilities

  • DEI Committee: A dedicated DEI committee will oversee the development, execution, and monitoring of DEI initiatives.

  • Employees: All employees are responsible for supporting DEI initiatives and fostering an inclusive work environment.
     

Reporting and Whistleblowing

Employees are encouraged to report any concerns or instances of discrimination, harassment, or exclusion to the DEI committee or through the Company’s whistleblowing hotline. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
 

Review and Amendments

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in regulations, best practices, and our DEI goals.
